A traditional private house B&B with modern standards of service and accommodation
These are some testimonials from our long career in the hospitality trade
Guest from London;
"We really enjoyed staying at Yearnor Mill and found it very comfortable. Tim and Angela were friendly and interesting and Angela's enormous cooked breakfasts set us up for the day! This was a nostalgic stay for me as my grandparents used to live down the lane from Yearnor Mill. We ate at The Ship Inn at Porlock Weir and enjoyed an atmospheric aperitif at Millers at The Anchor."
Guest from Rugby;
"We had a wonderful stay at Yearnor Mill. The setting was beautiful and our big bedroom was so clean and cosy, it was a pleasure to return to it after a hard days sightseeing ! Our hosts made us feel really at home, breakfast was delicious and we loved all the little touches - like fresh flowers and a great range of fruit and other teas to choose from in our room. We'd love to come back and would definitely recommend Yearnor Mill to our family and friends. So much to do in the surrounding area - we stayed for 4 nights, but definitely needed more time ! We especially loved Dunster (the castle is fantastic and you can spend a whole day there), Porlock / Porlock Weir and Tarr Steps. And the views on Exmoor of course."
Guest from Pebworth;
"The Mill is set in the most secluded and beautiful wooded hillside location, ideal for a walking holiday that combines both coastal and moorland walks. The standard of accommodation was good and the breakfast excellent (wonderful local produce and homemade marmalade!) We will be returning."
"Hi Tim and Angie
We all enjoyed our short break enormously and your accommodation and catering is truly five star along with your pleasant personalities and conversation. There is certainly an atmosphere of peace and tranquility which was much appreciated as we all were in need of a slower pace for a few days!
Look forward to meeting you again, hopefully in the not too distant future. Kind regards and best wishes"

"Dear Angela & Tim,
We write to say thank you so much for making our stay with you so enjoyable.We don't have much experience of B&Bs so picking a place at random was considered to be rather a rash decision on our part. We needn't have worried as everything was to the highest possible standards.
Again, many thanks,"

"Dear Angela, Dear Tim
Steve and I had such a good time with you. Thank you making our stay so delightfully comfortable. You made us both feel so welcome in your lovely cosy home.
I hope we will see you again before too long and all in all it was a most memorable visit.
A special mention and thank you to Angela for our excellent breakfasts. Steve was totally indulged! We both felt very well cared for.
What a marvellous place to stay and what great attention to detail in everything that you have done! Truly a home from home!
